Our Story

In 2005, restaurateur and sauce-maker, Adel Sayed, began experimenting for the purpose of producing the world’s finest hot pepper sauce. It took five years of hard effort before the perfect recipe with all its unique qualities was developed.

2010

In 2010, Adel launched Chilasso and made it available to restaurants and hotels in central Amsterdam. Some of these restaurants attract tourists from all over the world and the reputation and demand for the sauce has expanded over the years..

2022 Rolling Out in Amsterdam

The coming year of 2022 Chilasso will grow in production quantity to meet that demand.
